6 Step service Guidelines
If you are traveling and require service, please follow these 6 steps:
- Contact the RV Care dealership where you purchased your RV, so they can help locate the nearest RV Care location and let them know you are coming.
- On arrival, present your RV Care Customer Care Promises card. If you do not have it to hand, staff can verify your status through a customer lookup.
- The dealership will prepare an estimate and contact your original dealer to confirm warranty coverage before any repair begins.
- If that dealership cannot complete all the work itself, it will locate specialty services locally to get you back on the road.
- The dealer will confirm whether your RV is under manufacturer warranty or covered by an extended service plan. Where no coverage applies, the repair is at your cost.
- If the work cannot be finished the same day — a part to source, or something more involved — the dealership will help you find local accommodation and transportation.
Close to home
The Customer Care Promises program does not apply to a nearby RV Care dealership if you bought your RV elsewhere. Set up a local service relationship at a time that suits you rather than in an emergency.
While travelling
RV Care and Route 66 dealerships prioritise the urgent technical repairs you need to complete your trip safely. Work that is not essential to that may be scheduled later.
